Float: If this is an ElectraGuard installation would you prefer the expansion joints and saw cuts are filled with concrete or left as is (leaving as is will not effect the conductivity of your flooring and will allow the slabs to expand and contact without cracking), "floating" these joints may slightly shadow thru the coating (be slightly visible).
