ESD flooring Tiles: Specifications and Colors
Permanent Protection,
Powerful Performance, Outstanding Value
ElectraTile ESD flooring
tiles are designed
specifically for THE most demanding of manufacturing
environments; clean rooms, labs, hard drive manufacturing, DOD and
Munitions. Any application requiring exceptional
wear characteristics in concert with the highest surface
finish and most consistent electrical properties of ANY
ESD tile on the market!
SHINE,
VERSATILITY PERFORMANCE - SYNONYMOUS WITH
ELECTRASTAT
Electra Leads the
pack! Featuring permanently conductive micro encapsulated conductive
elements in concert with an extremely low maintenance high micro
finish top surface. Electra THE utmost in electrical
performance, aesthetics AND resiliency . With micro ground
edges Electra provide a near seamless appearance AND unlike
"typical" imports (and most US made) ESD Tiles that are loaded
with reconstituted, cheap limestone based recycled clay fillers
Electra has one of the highest static load limits in the industry!
THE
most resilient, flexible, strong AND long lasting ESD tiles
in the industry
PERIOD
Our unique conductive Permanent Bond fiber loaded
adhesive is furnished at no charge:
This easy to use
adhesive features the ultimate in electrically consistent
conductivity with excellent bond strength. Cleans easily with soap
and water. No more time consuming mixing (as is required with those
nasty epoxy based adhesives, no more problem causing variables and
no more staining problems either)! Nope no need for you to go thru
THAT.
For
Releasable installations without the Permanent Bond:
Our Liquid
conductive RELEASABLE adhesive makes replacement or removal
of the tiles a snap. This adhesive maintains permanent tack, is
conductive, water based, low voc and works GREAT for raised panel
access!
For a
releasable bond that leaves no residue on the substrate:
Our URAS fits the bill. Fiber reinforced for strength and
longevity. Our conductive carbon fiber matrix features
permanent properties yet allows the removal of the flooring while
saving the hassles of removing adhesive born residues. PERFECT
for leased facilities.
