Finally, a truly conductive carpeting capable of handling heavy loads and aggressive wear situations.  THIS conductive flooring has great looks and very low maintenance AND is nearly indestructible!  Used and abused by our clients big and small, this time tested conductive carpet has provided exceptional service in the most demanding of situations.  Our proprietary manufacturing process provides exceptionally consistent PTP and RTG readings and one of the fastest, most complete electrostatic charge decay ratings in the world.
UltraTough: an extremely heavy-duty industrial grade carpet manufactured with a 50 oz. solution dyed ASOTA highly UV stable, colorfast Olefin staple fiber, blended with a graphite conductive fiber.  Our proprietary Fiber-V-Loop double needle manufacturing process anchors the fibers securely to an exclusive conductive rubber backing for ravel-free edges and the utmost in physical and electrical performance.   UltraTough provides excellent sound absorption qualities and anti-fatigue properties with one of the strongest warranties in the Industry.  Available in roll form 50' X 6.6'. Can be installed permanently with our Conductive Liquid Adhesive or semi-permanently with our UltraStat 2000 liquid Releasable Adhesive System or URAS textile adhesive (perfect for covering asbestos laden tiles, epoxy and in leased facilities).

Composition: Fiber blend 18-140 dpf olefin branded ASOTA staple fiber with graphite conductive fiber absent of scrim or interliner. 50 ozs / sy face weight, 1700 g/m2

Binder: Acrylic dispersion with conductive additives. 8.0 ozs / sy approx., 300 g/m2 approx.

Backing: Heavy Black conductive rubber. 20 ozs / sy approx., 700 g/m2 approx.

Total Weight: 75-80 ozs/sy approx, 2700 g/m2 approx.

Availability: Rolls, 6'6" X 50' (36 sy), 2m X 15m.
