ElectraWear ESD Lab Coats are made of an indestructible yet lightweight synthetic fabric with a 5 mm grid work of static control monofilaments. The major seams are triple stitched and each lab coat comes with a breast pocket, side pockets, easy to adjust snap style cuffs. ElectraWear Lab Coats are a breeze to launder and are a true wash and wear fabric! These garments are highly resistant to stains and may be washed (gentle cycle) in industrial washing machines OR at home (always wash separately and use a mild detergent such as woolite or a very small amount of tide 2x.

 

Drying

Hang dry ElectraWear ESD Lab Coat for best results or dry using a VERY low heat setting for about 10 minutes prior to hanging.

ElectraWear lab coats significantly shield and reduce static by providing an electrical conductivity that is considered SAFE and approved for use around Energized Equipment.

Cleaning Instructions

Machine Wash these ElectraWear ESD Lab Coat on gentle cycle, cool to warm water (at temps of under 104 deg F). Use proper amount of a liquid mild non-ionic/anionic detergent (like Tide 2x or similar) that contains no fabric softeners. Do not bleach. Wash smocks separately, do not mix with other industrial laundry. For best results simply hang dry (they dry very quickly). To machine dry: Do NOT use fabric softening sheets. Dry on low setting (do not dry at temperatures over 110 deg F), do not tunnel dry. These smocks dry very quickly, do not over dry or wrinkling may occur. Hand washing: These smocks may be hand washed with the same basic instructions as above.

 

Warranty

The conductivity and mechanical performance of the ElectraWear ESD Lab Coat is Warranted for one year or 100 washings if the instructions for cleaning as listed in the above table are followed rigorously. This warranty is void if the garment has been permanently altered, burned or defaced.
